Join One Day Bus Trip on Saturday, October 5th for a day in Indy at the Indianapolis Zoo!
Since opening in 1964, the Indianapolis Zoo has grown into a world-class facility hosting a million visitors each year and playing a major role in worldwide conservation and research. Located in White River State Park since 1988, the Zoo has received international recognition for work with animal conservation and breeding programs.
White River Gardens is part of the Zoo and continues its tradition of connecting animals, plants, and people. This stunningly beautiful 3.3-acre landmark botanical attraction combines the best of gardening ideas, plant information and inspirational design to serve the needs of all visitors. With hundreds of plant varieties on display plus entertaining special exhibits throughout the year, White River Gardens is an international showplace for Indiana where visitors can enjoy and learn about the bounty of the natural world. Visitors to the Gardens will be inspired, impressed, enlivened, and entertained.
The bus departs from the WSBT parking lot between Fir Rd and Main St in Mishawaka at 8:00 am. All ticket holders please arrive between 7:30a and 8:00am to load the bus. We are expected to return between 8-9:00pm (Eastern) provided there are no traffic/construction delays.
